Where You May Join

Four states are closed to every house on this list. The rest of the country may join freely.

The Four Closed States

Washington, Nevada and Idaho have been closed to sweeps play for years. California was added to the exclusion lists in January 2026, and all eighteen houses amended their terms rather than contest it.

The Reasoning

Washington enforces the strictest online gaming statute in the country. Nevada protects a licensed casino industry. Idaho rules the model out entirely. California is the recent change and the one members most often miss.

Age Requirements

Most houses set eighteen as the floor, several require twenty-one, and in certain states twenty-one applies regardless of what the house says. The clause sits near the top of the terms.

Location, Not Billing

Eligibility follows where a member physically is, not where a card is registered. Cross into a closed state and the account locks until you leave again.

A Word Of Caution

Eligible-state lists live inside house terms and are amended without announcement. We re-read all eighteen each month, but the house terms are always the authority, not this page.
